After months of preparations, in which all Parc Broekhuizen team members were passionately involved, we can’t wait to kick off this evening which, in a very unique way, will be unique.

The international chefs behind the stove today start this special evening with amuses that take you ‘back to nature’ in one bite. Nature is their greatest and most beautiful source of inspiration.
And where better than at Parc Broekhuizen to serve their nature-inspired dishes… Nature is omnipresent at this beautiful estate in the heart of the Netherlands. Especially now, plenty of spring. The season when everything blossoms and tastes better than ever!
Your hosts for the evening know that too – three-star chef Jacob Jan Boerma and the chefs of Restaurant Voltaire*, Thomas Diepersloot and Robert Poel. Nature is also central in their kitchens. And you can taste what nature offers around you.
The hosts will escort you to your dinner tables this evening. And during dinner – which will total seven courses – it will be possible to get further acquainted with the renowned chefs who have come over to CHEFS AT THE PARC, especially for this evening. The chefs who give the taste of nature a starring role on the plate all over the world.
During dinner, matching wines will be served, carefully selected together with the Maître of Restaurant Voltaire*, Yvo Kwak. After dinner – while enjoying a digestive – all the culinary delights of the evening can be reviewed. Also together with the chefs! They will join you to enjoy the evening together.
