On this final day of CHEFS AT THE PARC, we roll up our sleeves for an impressive display of home-grown cooking...
For, CHEFS AT THE PARC wants to show you (and above all let you taste) that there are plenty of chefs in our country we can be very proud of. Chefs with a special kitchen philosophy who know how to conjure up culinary delights on the plate.
Program
It is therefore with pleasure that your host chefs (and the rest of the team) for this unique lunch will personally present to you their colleagues for this Dutch lunch.
This lunch – which will total five courses – will also feature exclusively matching Champagnes from the Moët & Chandon cellars. A unique experience, as the bottles from these cellars, do not just end up on the table. Then they have to be served with fantastic matching dishes. And that – believe us – is the case today!
By the way, the Champagnes have been carefully selected together with the Maître of Restaurant Voltaire*, Yvo Kwak.
During this afternoon, it is among the possibilities to take a look at the kitchen of the chefs who have come especially to Parc Broekhuizen today. But if you did not manage to talk to the chefs… you can still do so during the digestive. The digestive will be served this afternoon at a different, extremely atmospheric location that lends itself extremely well to go over all the culinary delights of the afternoon.
